Dubai Bulk Buyers purchases furniture, appliances, electronics, fixtures, equipment and inventory in quantity. We work with businesses and with individuals, and the thing both have in common is a practical problem rather than a sentimental one. There is a large amount of usable property in a building, there is a date by which it needs to be gone, and dealing with it piece by piece is not realistic.
Selling items one at a time means listing them, answering messages, arranging viewings and waiting for people who do not turn up. On a full apartment that is weeks of work. What counts as bulk?
There is no fixed minimum. A furnished two bedroom apartment, an office floor, a hotel refurbishment or a warehouse of surplus stock are all normal for us. If you are unsure whether what you have is enough, send a photo and ask. The honest answer is that quantity helps but it is not the only thing that decides whether we buy.
Do you buy items that are damaged or not working?
Often, yes. Furniture with marks and appliances that need a repair are still worth showing us, because we price them differently rather than turning them away. What we cannot use, we will tell you about rather than leaving you guessing.
How quickly can you collect?
It depends on the size of the lot and where it is. Smaller collections in Dubai can often be arranged within a few days. Larger commercial clearances are planned around your handover date or the fit-out timeline, and we will tell you what is realistic when we discuss the items.
Do I need to move everything downstairs first?
No. We handle the lifting and loading. What helps is telling us in advance about anything that affects access, such as a lift that needs a building permit, a narrow stairwell or a loading bay with restricted hours, so the right team and vehicle turn up.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
All of them. We collect from Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah, Al Quoz, Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Barsha, Jebel Ali, Dubai Investments Park, Mirdif, Dubai Silicon Oasis and everywhere between. We also look at larger lots in the other emirates.
How do I get a price?
Send photos, a rough quantity and the location on WhatsApp. For a small lot that is usually enough for us to come back with a figure. For anything large or mixed we arrange to see it first, because a price given without looking is not a price worth relying on.
What do you do with the items afterwards?
They are cleaned, repaired where needed and resold through the second-hand market in the UAE. Goods that still have years of use in them stay in use instead of going to a landfill.
