None of this is mandatory. It is simply what turns a first reply from a list of questions into an actual answer.

See what we buy

  • Photographs of each room or area

    Wide shots first so we can see the quantity, then close-ups of anything notable or damaged. Natural light helps more than you would think.

  • A rough quantity

    Room counts, desk counts or a pallet count. An exact inventory is welcome but it is not needed to get started.

  • The location

    Area, building or community name, and the floor. This decides the vehicle and the team size.

  • Your deadline

    Lease end, handover date or the day a contractor starts. Everything gets scheduled backwards from it.

  • Access notes

    Service lift, loading bay, permitted hours, and whether the building needs a move-out permit or NOC.

  • Anything faulty

    Tell us upfront. It changes the figure rather than the answer, and saying so early avoids a revision later.

What is the fastest way to reach you?

WhatsApp. You can send photos, a voice note and the location in one message, which is everything we need to give you a useful first answer. The form here does the same job if you would rather type it out, and it lets you attach photos too.

How quickly will I hear back?

Usually the same day. If you message late in the evening it will be the following morning. If you have not heard anything within a day, send the message again on WhatsApp, because occasionally an email lands somewhere it should not.

Do I have to commit to anything by getting in touch?

No. Asking what something is worth does not oblige you to sell it. Plenty of people message us, get a figure and decide to do something else, and that is a perfectly normal outcome.

Can I send photos later?

Yes. Send the details first and the photos when you have them. Photos do make a real difference to how accurate the first answer is, so it is worth taking a few minutes over them if you can.
