What we buy in bulk across Dubai
If it is usable and there is a reasonable quantity of it, it is worth asking about. Below is what comes through most often, with the detail on each so you know before you message.

Furniture
Furniture is the bulk of what we buy. That covers complete apartment and villa contents, individual rooms, and large matched sets from offices and hotels. Majlis seating, sofa sets, dining tables and chairs, beds and mattresses, wardrobes, dressers, coffee tables and console units all come through regularly. Condition matters less than you might expect. We buy items that are tired as well as items that are close to new, because both have a market once they are cleaned up and moved on.
- Sofa sets and majlis seating
- Beds, mattresses and headboards
- Dining tables and chairs
- Wardrobes and chests of drawers
- Coffee tables, consoles and sideboards
- Full apartment and villa contents

Appliances
We buy household and commercial appliances in any quantity, from a single kitchen being stripped out to every unit in a residential block. Working appliances are straightforward. Items that need a repair are still worth sending us a photo of, because we price them differently rather than refusing them. Built-in units, free standing units and commercial kitchen equipment are all of interest.
- Fridges and freezers
- Washing machines and dryers
- Cookers, ovens and hobs
- Dishwashers and microwaves
- Air conditioning units
- Built-in kitchen appliances

Electronics
Televisions, monitors, audio systems, computers, laptops and networking equipment all move well, particularly in volume. Offices replacing a technology fleet and properties being cleared of fitted entertainment systems are two of the most common sources. If you are clearing an office, keep the peripherals and cabling together with the units. A complete lot is worth more than the parts separated.
- Televisions and monitors
- Desktop computers and laptops
- Audio and home cinema systems
- Printers, scanners and copiers
- Networking and server equipment
- Projectors and screens
Office Furniture and Equipment
Office clearances are among the most straightforward purchases we make, because the items are usually matched, well maintained and already in a building with loading access. We buy entire floors as readily as a single meeting room. Workstation benches, task chairs, executive desks, filing and storage, glass partitions, reception counters and boardroom tables are all regular purchases.
- Workstations and desk benching
- Task chairs and executive seating
- Meeting and boardroom tables
- Filing cabinets and storage walls
- Reception counters and lounge seating
- Office partitions and screens
Hotel Furniture and Fixtures
Hotels and serviced apartment buildings refurbish on a cycle, and a refurbishment produces a very large quantity of matched, well specified furniture in a short window. We buy guest room sets, corridor and lobby furniture, restaurant and banqueting seating, bar fittings and back of house equipment. Volume is an advantage rather than an obstacle on this kind of project, and we can work floor by floor to suit the schedule.
- Guest room furniture sets
- Lobby and lounge seating
- Restaurant tables and chairs
- Banqueting furniture and trolleys
- Bar and buffet fittings
- Housekeeping and back of house equipment
Warehouse Inventory
Warehouses change use, consolidate or close, and what is left is rarely worth the cost of storing. We buy surplus pallet stock, boxed goods, racking and shelving systems, packing benches and general warehouse equipment. Telling us the pallet count and giving us a few photographs of the aisles is usually enough for us to come back with a position quickly.
- Pallet racking and shelving
- Boxed and palletised surplus stock
- Packing benches and trolleys
- Storage containers and bins
- Warehouse furniture and lockers
- General surplus equipment
Retail Inventory and Shop Fittings
When a shop closes, relocates or changes its range, two separate things need a buyer: the stock and the fit-out. We take both. Unsold inventory, end of line goods, display units, gondola shelving, glass cabinets, mannequins, counters and lighting are all items we purchase, and taking them together saves running two separate disposals.
- Unsold and end of line stock
- Display units and gondola shelving
- Glass display cabinets
- Mannequins and fixtures
- Checkout counters and back fittings
- Retail lighting and signage
Commercial Equipment
Beyond offices and shops, we buy the equipment that comes out of restaurants, cafes, gyms, salons, clinics and construction sites. Commercial kitchen lines, refrigeration, coffee machines, cardio and resistance equipment, salon chairs and treatment furniture, and general plant and tooling are all purchases we make regularly.
- Commercial kitchen and catering equipment
- Refrigeration and display chillers
- Gym and fitness equipment
- Salon and spa furniture
- Clinic and treatment furniture
- Tools, plant and site equipment
Other Usable Items
A clearance is never only the big items. Lighting and lamps, rugs and carpets, curtains and blinds, mirrors and artwork, garden and terrace furniture, barbecues, small kitchen appliances and general household goods all have value in volume. Group them with the main lot rather than leaving them behind, because taking everything in one visit is simpler for both sides.
- Lighting, lamps and chandeliers
- Rugs, carpets and curtains
- Mirrors, artwork and decor
- Garden and terrace furniture
- Barbecues and outdoor equipment
- Small kitchen appliances

A word on condition
Worn items are still worth showing us
People regularly apologize for the state of what they are selling, and most of the time there was no need. A sofa with marks on the arms, a cooker with a cracked knob or a wardrobe with a scratched door are all normal. Items get cleaned, repaired and refinished before they go back out, so surface wear changes the price rather than the answer.
What does change the answer is damage that cannot be undone, such as deep water damage through upholstery or a frame that has come apart. Even then, send the photo. It takes us a minute to look and it saves you deciding on our behalf.
Questions
What people ask first
Is there anything you do not buy?
We do not buy items that have no resale life left in them, such as badly water damaged upholstery, broken glass units or anything contaminated. We also do not handle hazardous material. If you are not sure which side of the line something falls on, send a photo and we will tell you straight away rather than leaving you to guess.
Can you take a mixed lot of different item types?
Yes, and that is usually the easiest way to do it. A typical collection has furniture, appliances, electronics and a pile of smaller items all together. Taking them as one lot in one visit is simpler for you and better value than splitting them across different buyers.
Do the items need to be clean or assembled?
No. We would rather see them as they are. Dismantling is part of what we do, and cleaning is something we handle afterwards, so there is no need to prepare anything before we arrive.
What information do you need to give a price?
Photos of the items, a rough quantity or room count, the area of Dubai they are in, and the date you need them gone by. That is usually enough to come back to you. For large or mixed lots we will arrange to see them before we confirm a figure.
Ready when you are
Not sure if what you have fits?
Send a photo and ask. A clear yes or no takes us a couple of minutes and saves you arranging a collection that was never going to happen.
