Furniture
Bulk furniture buyers in Dubai
Offices, hotels, apartments, villas and showrooms. If you have furniture in quantity and a date it needs to be gone by, we buy the lot and clear the space.

The problem we solve
Selling furniture one piece at a time does not scale
A single item is easy enough to sell privately. Twenty items is a different job entirely. Each one needs photographing, listing and pricing, then you field the messages, agree times, and wait for people who said they were coming and did not. Somewhere in the middle of that you still have a lease ending or a fit-out starting.
Buying in bulk removes all of it. One conversation, one price for everything, one collection date. We bring the team and the vehicle, dismantle what needs dismantling, carry it out and leave the space empty. You are not left standing over the three awkward pieces nobody wanted.
That is the whole proposition, and it is why most of what we buy comes from people with a deadline rather than people looking for the last dirham. If maximum value on each individual piece matters more than speed and certainty, selling privately is genuinely the better route and we would rather say so.

By source
Where the furniture we buy comes from
Office furniture
- Desks and workstation benching
- Task and executive chairs
- Meeting and boardroom tables
- Pedestals, cabinets and storage walls
- Reception counters and lounge seating
- Acoustic screens and partitions
Workstation benches, desks, task chairs, meeting tables, filing and storage walls, reception counters, soft seating and partitions. Office lots are usually matched and well maintained, and the building normally has a service lift and a loading bay, which makes them some of the most straightforward collections we do. We will take a single meeting room or an entire floor.
Hotel furniture
- Guest room bedroom sets
- Headboards, desks and luggage benches
- Lobby and lounge seating
- Restaurant tables and chairs
- Banqueting furniture and trolleys
- Bar stools and back of house fittings
Refurbishment cycles produce a large quantity of specified furniture in a narrow window, and it has to leave the building on a schedule. We buy guest room sets, corridor and lobby pieces, restaurant and banqueting furniture, and bar and back of house fittings. We can work floor by floor so the collection fits around the contractor rather than holding them up.
Apartment and villa furniture
- Sofa sets and majlis seating
- Beds, mattresses and headboards
- Dining tables and chairs
- Wardrobes and chests of drawers
- Coffee tables, consoles and sideboards
- Rugs, lamps and mirrors
Leaving the UAE, moving to a new place or replacing everything at once all end the same way, with a furnished home that has to be empty by a date. We buy the full contents so you are dealing with one buyer and one collection instead of a dozen separate sales. Sofas, beds, dining sets, wardrobes, side tables, lighting and rugs all go together.
Retail and showroom furniture
- Display units and gondola shelving
- Glass display cabinets
- Checkout and service counters
- Mannequins and rails
- Showroom seating and tables
- Signage and display lighting
When a shop changes hands, relocates or refits, the fit-out needs a buyer as much as the stock does. Display units, gondola shelving, glass cabinets, counters, mannequins and seating are all items we purchase, and taking the fittings and the remaining stock together means one clearance instead of two.

Access and logistics
Tell us about the building, not just the furniture
Half of what makes a Dubai collection go smoothly has nothing to do with the items. Mention these when you message and we will bring the right team and vehicle first time.
Floor and lift access
Which floor, whether there is a service lift, and whether it needs booking with the building.
Permits and approvals
Some towers and communities require a move-out permit or NOC from the management office.
Loading restrictions
Permitted loading hours, bay access and whether a vehicle can get close to the entrance.
Your deadline
Handover date, lease end or the day the contractor starts. We schedule backwards from that.
The process
From first message to empty room
- 01
Tell us what you have
Send a message on WhatsApp with a few photos, the rough quantity and the area of Dubai the items are in. A short voice note works just as well as a written list.
- 02
We review the items
We look at what you have sent and come back to you. For larger lots we arrange a time to see the items in person before we confirm anything.
- 03
We agree the details
We confirm the price, the collection date and how everything will be moved out. You know what is happening before anyone turns up.
- 04
We buy and clear
We pay as agreed, load the items and leave the space clear. One visit, one buyer, nothing left behind for you to deal with.
Questions
Selling furniture in bulk
How much furniture do I need to have?
There is no published minimum. A furnished one bedroom apartment is worth a message, and so is a forty desk office. What matters more than a fixed number is whether the items are usable and whether they are in one place. A single sofa on its own is usually better sold privately, and we will tell you so.
Do you buy furniture that is scratched or marked?
Yes. Most used furniture has marks, and that is priced in rather than being a reason to decline. Items are cleaned and repaired before resale. Damage that cannot be repaired, such as a frame that has broken apart or upholstery with deep water damage, is a different matter, but it is still worth sending the photo.
Will you dismantle wardrobes and beds?
Yes, dismantling is part of the collection. Fitted wardrobes, bed frames and modular office furniture are taken apart by our team on the day. You do not need to arrange anything in advance beyond telling us what is there.
Can you work around an office handover date?
That is the normal way these jobs run. Tell us the handover date and any building restrictions, such as lift bookings or permitted loading hours, and we will schedule the collection to fit. For larger clearances we can phase it across more than one visit.
Do you buy furniture outside Dubai?
Our focus is Dubai and that is where most collections happen. For larger lots we also look at Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the northern emirates. Tell us the location when you send the photos and we will say whether it is something we can travel for.
How do you decide what the furniture is worth?
It comes down to what the items are, their condition, how many there are and how much work is involved in getting them out of the building. A matched set in good order in a building with a service lift is worth more than the same items spread across a villa with stairs. We will explain the figure rather than just stating it.
Ready when you are
Got furniture that needs to go?
Photos, a rough count and the area of Dubai it is in. That is all we need to tell you whether we are buying and what happens next.
