Appliances
Appliance buyers in Dubai
Household, built-in and commercial appliances bought in quantity. Working units, surplus stock and items that need a repair are all worth sending us a photo of.
Why bulk
Appliances are heavy, awkward and slow to sell one at a time
An appliance is not like a chair. It is heavy, it usually needs disconnecting, and the buyer wants to see it running before they hand over money. That turns every private sale into an appointment, a demonstration and a conversation about who is carrying it down the stairs. Multiply that by a full kitchen and it stops being worth the effort.
We take the whole set in one go. We disconnect, carry and load, and we do not need each unit demonstrated separately. For a property being handed back, a kitchen being refitted or a business closing a site, that is the difference between a job that takes an afternoon and one that drags across three weekends.
Appliances also keep more of their value than people assume, especially branded units and anything built in. It is worth asking before you let a contractor take them out as part of the demolition.

- Office pantries and canteens
By type
Appliances we buy
Household appliances
The standard kitchen and laundry line-up from apartments and villas. These move fastest when they come as a set from one property, because a matched kitchen is worth more than the same units gathered from four different places.
- Fridges and freezers
- Washing machines and dryers
- Dishwashers
- Cookers, ovens and hobs
- Microwaves and extractor hoods
- Water heaters

Built-in and kitchen units
Built-in appliances coming out of a kitchen refit are worth more than people expect, particularly branded ovens, hobs and integrated fridges. If the kitchen is being stripped, tell us before the contractor starts, because units removed carefully are worth considerably more than units cut out.
- Built-in ovens and compact ovens
- Gas and induction hobs
- Integrated fridges and freezers
- Integrated dishwashers
- Chimney and downdraft extractors
- Wine coolers

Commercial and catering
Restaurants, cafes, hotels and staff canteens all run equipment that holds value well. Stainless steel preparation, refrigeration and cooking lines are in steady demand, and a complete kitchen sold as one lot is far simpler than clearing it item by item.
- Commercial ranges and fryers
- Display chillers and cold rooms
- Stainless preparation counters
- Coffee machines and grinders
- Commercial dishwashers
- Food warmers and bain-maries
Air conditioning and large plant
Split units, ducted systems, chillers and portable units all come up during property refurbishments. These are heavier and need the right handling, so tell us the unit count and where they are mounted when you get in touch.
- Split and ducted AC units
- Window and portable units
- Air handling equipment
- Water pumps and boosters
- Generators
- Industrial fans and blowers
Small and surplus appliances
Volume makes these worth collecting. A hotel replacing every in-room kettle, a serviced building changing out its microwaves or a household clearing a cupboard of small kitchen equipment are all lots we take.
- Kettles, toasters and blenders
- Juicers and food processors
- Vacuum cleaners
- Irons and steamers
- Air fryers and slow cookers
- Fans and heaters

Condition
Faulty is a price, not a refusal
Tell us what is wrong with it. An honest description gets you an accurate figure on the first message instead of a revised one on collection day.
- Working and in use
- The straightforward case. Photograph the unit and the model label if you can reach it.
- Working but cosmetically marked
- Dents, scratches and missing trim affect the figure a little. They rarely change the answer.
- Known fault
- Say what it does and does not do. A unit needing one repair is still a unit we buy.
- Not powering on
- Still worth a photo. Parts and components have value even when the unit does not run.
Questions
Selling appliances in bulk
Do you buy appliances that are not working?
Often, yes. A washing machine with a failed pump or a cooker with a dead element is a repair rather than a write-off, and we price it on that basis. Say in your message that it is faulty and what the fault is, so the figure we give you is the right one from the start rather than something that changes on collection day.
Do appliances need to be disconnected first?
No. We disconnect and remove them. For gas appliances and hard-wired units, let us know in advance so the right person comes. Please do defrost freezers and empty washing machines before the collection, because those are the two that cause problems in transit.
Do you need the original receipts or manuals?
They are not required. If you have them, keep them with the appliance, because paperwork and the original accessories do add a little to what a unit is worth. Not having them is not a problem.
Will you buy a single appliance?
Usually we are looking for more than one. A single mid-range appliance is normally better sold privately and we will say so rather than wasting your time. A full kitchen, several units from one property or a quantity from a business is squarely what we do.
What about built-in appliances during a kitchen renovation?
Get in touch before the demolition starts. Built-in ovens, hobs and integrated units that are removed carefully are worth significantly more than ones cut out with the cabinetry. We can often coordinate directly with your contractor so the units come out intact.
How soon can appliances be collected?
Smaller collections in Dubai can often be arranged within a few days. Larger lots, commercial kitchens and anything that needs a lift booking or a building permit are scheduled around those constraints, and we will tell you what is realistic when we discuss it.
Ready when you are
Appliances to clear?
Send photos of the units, say roughly how many there are and whether anything is faulty. We will come back with where we stand.
